Finance Manager面议

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead the finance team in Shenzhen

· Liaise with all finance staff in the PRC to complete all required tasks

· Coordinate with all regional teammates and participate in annual audit and interim review

· Support AX-Finance system enhancement in the PRC and review the current workflows to match 

with AX ERP operation

· Design, implement and maintain adequate internal controls of the PRC companies and provide 

value-added solution for enhancement

· Restructure the finance teams in the PRC and train up staff to fulfill group requirement

· Lead transfer pricing project (PRC)

· Lead the standard costing project in all PRC factories

· Frequently travel to other PRC regions

Job Requirements:

· Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline 

· Member of a professional accounting body

· Minimum 8 years commercial accounting experience, of which 2 years worked in the PRC

· Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

· Experience in using ERP System (SAP, Oracle, AX ,etc.)

· Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
