Trainer（培训） 面议

To manage training for Professional Hotel Spa accounts and brand’s own Retail department store business across China
Ø  To design and deliver training courses based on brand’s Education curriculum across spa treatment and retail product business
To communicate well with in-house cosmetics brand team and Principal for better understandings of training needs and communication
To evaluate the effectiveness of training program by effective communication and regular shop visit
To assist in the design of developmental programs/ cultural campaigns in line with business needs
To manage training administration and exercise budgetary control
To provide coaching to upgrade shop-in-charge coaching skills
Ensure the entire operations team are able to provide exceptional customer care by educating, motivating and guiding them to understand the need to deliver service that consistently surpasses expectations
Monitor and reinforce the service standards at all times
 
Requirements:
Mandarin and English are essential
Based in Shanghai, the role requires travel across China
Minimum 5 years in spa or cosmetics training
Excellent brand ambassador
