职位描述： 
Main Responsibilities:  
To design commercial collections that are aligned with the brand for which he/she is responsible for.
--Development of commercially viable collections and individual styles based on key fashion trends, fabric, colors and silhouettes
--Review with the Buying development samples to ensure that designs have been properly interpreted
--Develops new product idea at the request of the management team
--Works closely with suppliers for sample development and takes part in supplier visits
--Actively does trend research – Fairs, WGSN, Internet, magazines etc.
--Works with the related teams & vendors on achieving best cost effectiveness of C&A products
--Takes part in competition shopping both domestically and internationally to keep abreast of domestic and global fashion trends
 
Profile:
--Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years working experience in a key fashion design position.
--Creative, Adaptable, dynamic with good communication skill, good team player
--Familiar with standard computerised design and collection building tools 
--Strong Fashion sense and eye for details; understanding of the China consumer
--Able to convert paper designs & samples into highly saleable products.
--Fluent in Mandarin (English also preferred); be required to travel occasionally.
